We want you to love your Dr. Woof Apparel, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original, unwashed condition. Whether the fit isn't quite right or you've changed your mind, we are here to ensure your shopping experience is seamless.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging or a secure mailing satchel.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized postal drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days of arrival.
